Business Readiness

Readiness is the gap between what an AI initiative needs and what the organisation can supply today. AI programmes often stall on readiness gaps rather than model limitations: the knowledge base is out of date, the data is spread across systems that disagree, or nobody is staffed to run the system once the project team leaves.

Ten dimensions

Readiness is judged on ten dimensions in four groups. Select a dimension to see what ready looks like and the trap that catches operators most often.
