BSS/OSS Academy exists because transformation programmes fail when people don’t share a common understanding of the architecture they’re building. Too often, critical concepts like catalog-driven design, CFS/RFS decomposition, and source-of-record ownership are understood differently — or not at all — across business, IT, and vendor teams.
