The academy modules, worked examples, glossary, quiz and transformation material are free and need no account. A small number of modules are restricted previews under review; those need an account. There is no paywall and no subscription.

Not for anything in the main curriculum. Accounts exist only for restricted previews and for administration. If you have been asked to review a draft module, you will have been sent credentials directly.

TM Forum concepts always come first; vendor implementations are shown afterwards, as illustrations of how the concepts land in real products. Vendors are described with their limitations as well as their strengths.

Nothing here is commissioned, sponsored, or reviewed by a vendor, and no vendor pays to appear. If you think a description is factually wrong, say so and it will be corrected.

Yes — that is one of the things it was built for. Using it as internal onboarding, as pre-read for a transformation programme, as a shared glossary, or as a competence baseline is all covered by the terms of use.

What is not covered is repackaging it as your own training product or selling it on. If you want to do something in between, ask.

Yes. The quiz and the flow challenges are designed to test reasoning rather than recall, which makes them reasonable material for structuring a technical conversation. Bear in mind the questions are public, so treat them as a discussion prompt rather than a closed-book exam.

It is revised as standards and products move, but it is maintained by one person alongside client work. Treat specific vendor claims as a snapshot and verify anything you intend to put in a business case.

Draft material — currently the AI infrastructure module — that is under factual review before it is published. Restricted access exists so claims can be checked and sourced before anyone relies on them, not to hold back a premium tier.
