Bell AI Fabric Saskatchewan (RM of Sherwood, Regina)
Bell Canada’s 300 MW AI data centre just outside Regina, part of its Bell AI Fabric programme and described as Canada’s largest purpose-built AI data centre development. A September 2026 MoU with Saskatchewan adds a phased path to up to 900 MW more on off-grid gas generation, for a 1.2 GW hub.
