DataVolt Oxagon AI factory campus

A planned 1.5-gigawatt AI data centre campus on land leased from Oxagon, NEOM’s Red Sea port and industrial zone, which NEOM says will run on renewable power. In August 2026 DataVolt said it expected to break ground within two to three months; the first phase, funded from an initial $5 billion, is targeted for 2028, and its size has not been disclosed.
