Digital Realty’s multi-tenant campus beside Dulles Airport in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia, planned at 14 buildings and up to 1 GW of capacity via six substations. The first building was delivered in 2023. Digital Realty already runs about 600 MW of IT load elsewhere in Loudoun.
