Hyperscale campus being built by Omnia in the Pecém export processing zone near Fortaleza for ByteDance, owner of TikTok. The first phase is 200 MW of IT capacity in two buildings, all contracted by ByteDance, with commercial operation due in the third quarter of 2027.
