Stargate Norway (Narvik)
Nscale’s hydropower-fed AI campus in northern Norway, launched with Aker and OpenAI as Stargate Norway: 230 MW initially with a further 290 MW planned, 100,000 GPUs targeted by end-2026, and Microsoft as the anchor customer for GB300 and then Rubin capacity. DCD reported in April 2026 that OpenAI had seemingly dropped out, with Microsoft taking the capacity.
