Brookfield’s AI infrastructure company and an NVIDIA Cloud Partner, formed in February 2026 by merging with Ori Industries (UK GPU cloud, founded 2018). Sells the whole stack from powered land and data centres to GPU systems, bare-metal and virtual compute, managed Kubernetes and Slurm, run through its FlightDeck control platform; aimed at sovereign governments, large enterprises and telecommunication providers on long-term contracts. Ori’s on-demand GPU cloud continues under Radiant.
