The Situation

Your role

Business Owner / Product Portfolio Lead

You are accountable for launching this product without leaving the catalogue harder to work with than you found it.

A new B2B connectivity product is already two weeks late.

Sales has committed the launch date. The network team has capacity and access ready.

The BSS catalogue is not ready, and not because anyone is behind: there is no agreement on whether to reuse an existing specification or create a new one, and nobody is due to make that call.

The customer is waiting, and we cannot slip again.

Catalogue Governance is marked with a warning symbol and the word Blocked — nothing reaches implementation, and so nothing reaches launch, until the modelling question it holds is answered.PRODUCTPORTFOLIOCATALOGUEGOVERNANCE!BLOCKEDIMPLEMENTATIONLAUNCH
