The Situation

Your role

Transformation Lead / Advisor

You are accountable for the operator reaching a target state, not for a platform reaching production.

The greenfield BSS is live, five products have launched on it, and 85% of customers are still on legacy.

The programme has reported success, and on its own terms it is right: the platform works, the products launched, and the delivery was on time.

What has not happened is any material movement of the installed base. The next funding phase is being scoped now.
