The Situation

Your role

BSS & OSS Project Manager

You are accountable for what actually goes live on the date, not only for the date itself.

A B2B managed connectivity product launches in six weeks, and three teams disagree about whether that is possible.

BSS says product configuration is almost complete. OSS says orchestration is behind. Network says activation depends on a change that has not been tested.

Sales has already committed the date to a named customer, and the Business Owner has said it cannot move.
